Very poor service so far. 2 weeks past the proposed installation date of my liner and no feedback whatsoever as to when they will actually turn up, despite phone calls and personal visits to the store. The only contact I have had from them was to remind me to pay my balance before installation. Never again.....
Extremely slow service. They still have not installed the pool that they promised to do before the end of June.

my swimming pool becomes green , and there are a lot of algae in it . I bough a lot of chlorine to put in it and I can't fix it . last week I went to Piscines Rmoano, there is a beautiful young lady who dressed in black and with long hair giving me a lot of advice. and I went back to the store several times to buy different chemical things, buckets. thanks a lot to the beautiful lady, she is intelligent and professional, and write each step I need to do. so I follow the instruction to put these chemical things to swimming pool . now, my swimming pool looks crystal-clear . thanks her again.
